| NWS Service Agent Fee Schedule
NWS introduced a flexible range of service fees based on the difficulty of fault diagnosis and the difficulty of replacement.
Warranty service can not be based on T&M rates as normal service might be,
because we cannot manage or control how efficiently & effectively any Service
Agent carries out the fault diagnosis and part replacement.
But our sliding scale of rates for different size jobs means that Service Agents
are paid according to the complexity of the job. Effectively this means that more
expert and/or more efficient Service Agents are paid more per hour than less expert
and less efficient Service Agents And that is the way it should be!
Service fees based on T&M would actually encourage Service Agents to be LESS efficient, and would actually reward less expert & efficient Service Agents more than those Service Agents who are really good.
