This NWS Portal is for Resellers and Service Agents to check and update and manage their NWS Reseller and/or their NCSQ 'Instant' Retail Quotes System Account. It is NOT intended for warranty purchases.
If you are an Authorised NWS Reseller or Service Agent, your NWS Reseller & Service Agent Account ID is the same as your IDA Warranty Purchases System ID, and the password defaults to be the same as your IDA Admin password (not Sales, unless they are the same).
If you are only a NWS NCSQ 'Instant' Retail Quotes System Member, your NWS NCSQ ID is the same as was emailed to you when you became a NCSQ Member.
